Dr. Ronak Al-Haddad

Lecturer in Computer Networks and Cyber Security

Dr. Ronak Al-Haddad is a Lecturer in Computer Networks and Cyber Security at the School of Computing and Information Science, Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge. She serves as the Course Leader for BEng/BSc Computer Networks from 2022 to 2025 and is the Module Leader and tutor for Cyber Crime Fundamentals and Network Routing and Switching Essentials. She has also work as a PhD Viva External Examiner at UK universities in the field of networking and security. She had her Engineering Degree in Computer Science from Iraq in 2005. After moving to the UK, she pursued an MSc in Computer Science, graduating with Distinction in 2014. In July 2021, she successfully defended her PhD thesis titled A New Framework Based on Software Defined Networks to Support Quality of Service in a Sliced Architecture. In 2023 after her PhD, she pursued Postgraduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education also at Anglia Ruskin University/ Cambridge.
